Just because your guest room is small does not mean you have to completely stay away from color. Do not have the same approach for decorating the guest room as you do in the case of a small bedroom. Your guests will find a fun, cheerful and playful guest room with a splash of color both inviting and rejuvenating. It takes them away from the more boring and mundane bedroom ambiance and will definitely bring in some holiday cheer. A neutral backdrop enlivened by a couple of accent hues is the tried and tested approach here. Repeat the accent color in the room for greater impact.
The cabin-inspired rustic kids' bedroom is also a great idea for all those sleepovers, as bunk beds are often the norm in such rooms. Families with more than a couple of kids can also turn towards this style, which allows you to create a wall of bunk beds, complete with ladders and built-in steps! With some additional space and the right storage units, this bedroom will also easily double as the perfect playroom.
Another Mauro Lipparini design, Youniverse is a bed with no discernable corners thanks to the extra padding that has been used in headboard and in the bed frame. The angular headboard of Youniverse also creates a ‘cocoon effect’, which provides a comfortable and safe niche even in a large bedroom by creating a ’room within a room’. You can obviously choose from a wide range of colors for the fabric finishes and Youniverse looks great in every finish.
