Troy Getz Fearnow, President, CEO
Troy Getz Fearnow has 15 years of operational background in the online information technologies industry. In 1995, Mr. Fearnow identified a void in the secondary fine art market. He capitalized on that void by founding Fine-Art.com, where he designed and developed an award winning marketplace and grew it to include over 40,000 artists and dealers. Fine-Art.com has been featured in numerous prestigious fine art publications including Art Business News and has consistently been the highest ranked "Fine Art" website on Google. Mr. Fearnow formulated the concept for Boounce while overseeing the development of a similar web-based version of Boounce specifically targeting online art retailers. Prior to Fine-Art.com, he was with Solomon Smith Barney. Mr. Fearnow has a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. |

John Yapundich, Executive VP
John Yapundich has over 12 years professional experience in B2B software sales and marketing, including strategic business development, partner alliance management, and channel development. He leads the company's efforts for strategy and planning, marketing programs, brand development and corporate affiliate sponsorships. Prior to joining Boounce, Mr. Yapundich was a founding partner of EDGARfilings and served as Executive Vice President. He helped grow The Company to over 60 employees, until the company was acquired by Westlaw Business, a division of Thomson Reuters Corporation (NYSE: TRI) in December 2008. EDGARfilings provides financial services to over 3,500 public companies, executives and law firms worldwide, and it is ranked among the top five SEC EDGAR filing firms in the nation. Mr. Yapundich was instrumental in the overall company growth, development and marketing of EDGARizer, the industry's leading EDGAR conversion and filing software. Born and raised in California, John attended California State University Sacramento. |

Huy Pham, CFO
Huy Pham has over 15 years of background in financial services, technology, healthcare and energy industries. During his professional career, Mr. Pham founded and successfully sold National Request, a privately held company that assisted insurance companies with an outsource solution for document retrieval of property and casualty reports. Mr. Pham also served as the Co-Founder, Executive Director and CFO of InterplX Technologies, Inc., an outsource company that provided corporations of all sizes with automated services to manage the processing of expense and purchase card transactions related to corporate travel and procurement. Mr. Pham and his two partners grew the company to 120 employees. Mr. Pham began his career with the accounting firm of PriceWaterhouse, LLP. Presently, Mr. Pham provides management consulting to various public and private clients globally, assisting management to solve complex problems involving business processes and controls, financial transactions, and technology solutions. Mr. Pham holds a BBA and MPA from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant. |

| Blake Sallé, SVP, Worldwide Sales and Channels VCE, a joint venture between VMware, Cisco, EMC and Intel
Blake Sallé is the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Channels for VCE. In this capacity, Blake leads Channels globally, as well as direct sales to Service Providers and the Public Sector on a worldwide basis. VCE is a joint venture of Cisco and EMC with investments from VMware and Intel. VCE helps organizations leverage best-in-class technologies and disciplines from Cisco, EMC, and VMware, to accelerate adoption of virtualized cloud infrastructures. Blake joins VCE from Cisco where his most recent position was Global Vice President of Security and Mobility Sales. Prior to this role, Blake was Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Cisco's Emerging Technologies Group where he and his team developed an advanced incubation methodology for innovating new solutions. |
